Need Help With My Izzet Deck

I'm trying to build a better Izzet deck. Blue/Red was the first combination I pulled, so Izzet is kinda like my main. For the sake of convenience I will post the link to my deck.

Focusing on draw card for my Niv's, and other creature abilities.
