thank you very much i just wasn't sure and now im in really bad shape u have no idea how hard it is to attack with one out but four... come on!

tell him to play white-blue and add propaganda as well :)
and if 8 is not enough he can add Collective Restraint and War Tax as well

personally I wouldn't worry about ghostly prison too much, just play more enchantment removal in your deck. Use either board sweepers like planar cleansing, austere command, akroma's vengeance, oblivion stone etc...
or creatures that destroy enchantments, you have tons of those in both white and green.

You also have creatures that can be used to remove artifacs or enchantments many times over like

Trygon Predator
World Queller
Soltari Visionary

Ofcourse if you are set on playing mono black or red then good luck :)

Maelstrom Pulse to a Ghostly Prison when he's got a few out seems good.
