Try to make the best EDH deck using Master transmuter as your general.
For those of you who need a refresher on EDH (Elder Dragon Highlander) rules.

Apart from basic lands, An EDH deck cannot have any multiples of the a card with the same name. Every EDH deck must be exactly 100 cards and the general is placed in area called the comand zone. This zone is removed from the game and the general can be played from this zone during your turn when you have the correct mana. Should the commander die/get removed it goes back to the command zone and can be played again (but casting cost increases by 2 colorless) An EDH deck can only use mana that is in the generals casting cost. So for this challenge you can only use blue and colorless cards. Lastly EDH can use all cards that Vintage can (Which is basically anything) Here is the the EDH banlist
