Progenitor Mimic and Consuming Aberration
So I'm curious if I use Progenitor Mimic to copy my opponents consuming aberration, consuming aberration's power and toughness are then equal to HIS graveyard and every time I cast a spell he has to do the triggered ability? Also that being true after the next upkeep I will have a second copy of consuming aberration and when I cast a spell he has to do the trigger twice and so on?

In a word, as I interpret these cards, yes. Your opponent should have to do it once for every iteration of the card you have on the board.

It's just like having 1 and then multiple consuming aberration of your own, the text stays the same and applies to the opponents of he who controls the consuming aberration.
