[Bug] Search field suggestions are selected even though I didn't click them

1. Go to Cards.
2. Begin to type search. i.e. Vern
3. Suggestions begin to appear, the top might be Vernal Bloom
4. Hit enter key to activate the search

Expected: I should search for the term that I typed: "Vern"
Actual: It auto selects the first suggestion and I search for "Vernal Bloom," pulling up only a single card instead of all the cards as I intended.

Will take a look at this. It's not an actual bug, but probably not the most intuitive functionality.

Thanks for taking a look at this!

Yeah it just makes it harder to search for multiple cards. I end up using Gatherer to search then coming back here and looking for each card by name to add them to decks.
