Can we change the homepage back to the "New" Decks?

It's really frustrating when you don't get feedback on decks. I think it would be best to have like a sidebar with the top "hot" decks so people could still see them, but have the homepage be the new decks so people will actually see the decks that you post.

What we need is to reward people who comment on unloved decks that aren't on the homepage.

That would work too. If that were the case, I believe that being able to make 2 decks "unloved" per week would be good.
