Constructive Criticism for my Deck?

Hi :) So I'm fairly new to mtg, and I really only play with my friends and sister for fun. I just recently started playing with this new elf aggro deck I made, and I kind of want to build up the courage to play at a tournament with it soon. I was wondering if any of you could give me some constructive criticism on the deck? Any suggestions? Also, I'm aware that it's not legal for most formats right now, so if you could help me with that too that would be great, because I'm not too familiar with how that all works. Thank you so so so much! Any advice is much appreciated! :p

here is an overview of tournament formats

when playing at a tournament you are presumed to have a fair understanding of the rules. Prereleases and FNM might be an exception depending on where you play, where you are allowed to be "a new player". Don't go to a legacy tournament without knowing the rules of tournament play, you will get disqualified. It's not the place to learn.

Elves are competitive in legacy and also one of the cheaper decks to play (although Gaea's Cradle is something you'll want and it's expensive). There is the option to go Food Chain combo which can actually be build fairly cheap and isn't a bad combo.

Elves in Modern might be competitive, I don't know but they are playable.

If you are new maybe the Modern format is what you should look into.
