This deck isn't legal?

I'm confused about something about this deck I'm working on:

It says that it's legal in Vintage but *not* Legacy, and I'm curious as to why that's the case. Maybe it's wrong. I don't know. Anyway, I'd love to hear what you guys think about this.

Nevermind.. figured it out. Bleh. Sol Ring is banned in Legacy. Mystery solved..
