A slight variation on MajinKirby's challenge here, but a -lot- tougher.

It's Friday night, and you and a buddy head off to participate in FNM. It's a lock-in night, so you'll be stuck there 'til dawn. Suddenly, just as the doors are locked, your friend realises he left his black deck at home. Luckily, you happen to have a few of your spare cards with you and the other folks playing that night are willing to lend your friend cards too. You also manage to scrounge up $5.00 in change. With only the cards you have been lent and the $5.00 in your hand, make a 40-60 card deck that's able to win a casual game (Doesn't have to be tournament legal). Your friend likes playing Black decks, so most of the cards you've borrowed are black. The storeowner has also kindly lent you the 2010 Death's Minions starter (Included in the list below)

Commons are 10c each, Uncommons 50c. Rares are unfortunately unavailable. Assume that basic lands are free, as are Terramorphic Expanses.
