Merfolk

What are the best merfolk out there i want to add some to this deck please hook me up with some idears

aggro Merfolk

Merfolk have access to 12 Lords (Lord of Atlantis, Merrow Reejerey,Merfolk Sovereign). For an aggro build playing all 12 is some pretty serious stuff.

Tournament merfolk play aether vial to get their merfolk into play to protect against counterspell and keep their mana open for their own counterspells. They also play Standstill for card advantage which works well with aether vial.

casual Merfolk

- there's Summon the School and Wanderwine Prophets combo.
- Cold-Eyed Selkie, Sygg, River Cutthroat, Silvergill Adept for card advantage
- Surgespanner provides you with bounce
- Sygg, River Guide for shroud

looking at pre lorwyn merfolk there was Tidal Courier for card advantage. might be an option.

there are so many options when playing merfolk...
