The basic interaction is uses the following three cards: Barrenton Medic and a Paradise Mantel equipped on a Leech Bonder.

Tap the medic to prevent damage, put a -1/-1 counter on it to untap it. Then tap the Bonder for :manau:, paying that mana to untap it and move the -1/-1 counter to another creature.

This can revert any attack of your opponent's creatures back onto those creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters but once you run out of creatures, or if you're taking damage from spells then you need to put those counters on your own creatures.

So what this really needs is a creature that can deal with/get rid of the counters and maybe some sort of win condition (though if you can prevent all the damage thrown at you it should only be a matter of time until you can do enough damage on your own).
