Nicol Bolas edh help

I'm looking to build a very special deck, using nicol bolas as a commander and hugging the rest of the group (as well as the colors allow). I don't want to simply draw everyone a bunch of cards I want every other player confused as to why a grixis deck is being so helpful. It doesn't have to win all it needs to do is confuse and cause chaos among a group.

Bazaar trader always helps i use him in my goblin deck give someone a mountain when they're in need and a few turns later all my goblins have mountain walk from goblin king
