Quick Twincast Clarification

If you Twincast something that was kicked, you get the full effect right? Including the kick?

yes

"effects based on any additional costs paid for the targeted spell are copied as though those same costs were paid for the copy too."

It does what it says on the tin, twincast creates an exact copy of whatever you just cast and sets it right on the stack. That's why you can't Naya Charm and both pull something from your graveyard AND tap all opposing creatures.
