baneslayer question.
hey, i'm just wondering if you think baneslayer angel's value will increase or decrease when it gets cycled out?

it would get less because its one of the best damaging cards and stuff per cost. it will only go DOWN when it cycles because it wont be a beast that rapes everything in standard. I personally wouldnt sell.

cheers dude. i got it yesterday and don't really use it in any deck - plus i don't want to play it because i want to keep it mint/unplayed..
i figure i may as well make a profit out of it..

i was thinking of putting it on ebay with $30 starting price..
as for the shop, unfortunately i live on the Gold Coast in Australia and not many places buy MTG cards- actually none do. i bought the packs from 'electronics boutique' which actually more of a video game store...

lol. post that thing on ebay. i'm sure you'll get a good nibble. or if someone on the site(idk if thats allwoed) wanted to buy it wouldnt weigh down an envelope so it'd be standard postage. just make sure you'd insure it :p

It's not only being played in standard but in extended as well so it might keep its price for quite a while. In older formats like legacy a card like exalted angel (4/5 flying lifelink) is still better then baneslayer because it can be played at its morph cost for 3 mana. Exalted angels sell at about 12$ so I guess eventually baneslayer would drop below that price.
