I won a tiny bit of money when dragged to a casino, so I am making my first edh deck and attempting to stick to around $200 spent including lands.

Completely inexperienced when it comes to EDH. I am clueless on the true value of cards in the format or what excels.

So... If some people more knowledgeable than myself could rip apart what I have made so far and tell me if I am on the right track, it would be greatly appreciated.

Attempting to make a value token deck, but am unsure if it would be as efficient as a pseudo tribal token deck like Wolves or Soldiers. All I know is I want a token based deck that is different and will piss everyone off.

All of the standard and conspiracy cards in the deck are all ready in my collection, along with a couple others (about $45 worth all together).

What I want it to do -
1. Play consistent
2. Make a ton of AWESOME tokens
3. Not shame me in public
4. Stay around $200 for initial investment

I suck at this game and that is compounded by the fact I have only played a garbage tier populate edh deck in kitchen table setting, so any and all advice on what to do to this deck to make it more viable or building around this arch-type would be amazing.

*UPDATE 1 - 6/25* - I hate you all. Salvation couldn't help me either. First version is done, it is MEAN but very susceptible to counters 'n tucks, basically any blue spells...

Next evolution attempts to add in (hopefully) all 3 Elspeths, Vigor, Archangel of Thune, Sylvan Library, Maze of Ith, Reflection Pool, possibly Mirror Gallery & 2015 Ajani. Unsure how the heavy planeswalker play will do, will proxy test.

*UPDATE 2 - 6/26* - Next step is done.. I have found that trostani's true strength lays with her healing trigger, populate is just a bonus. A very insane bonus.
Deck is at $350 without foil/alter or special lands. Around $650-$700 with some foil/alter and all listed lands.
Still gets shit on by counter and tuck heavy decks. Board wipe is surprisingly easy match up. Fast minion ramp like goblins are a problem at times.
