Modern Deck Development
Think, create a deck wars, sample hand simulated game between 2 of my decks, as a deck, on forum, what think?
I have an idea, thinking of creating a deck war, 2 of my decks playing against each other in a sample hand, simulated game.
What I would do is have my Modern Format Werewolf deck play against my Modern Format Land Destruction Deck.
I would first open 1 browser window, go to deck page, click sample hand, where it put up first 7 cards, plus next 20 cards drawn. Then open another browser window, go to other decks deck page, click sample hand.
Then either in the forum here in another browser window, or as a deck, in deck creation browser window, create a turn by turn account of the simulated game.
Example it would look like something like this:
Werewolf deck foes first.
Turn 1: Remove 2 Spirit guides from hand, drop land, tap land, play Geier Reach Bandit, attacks with Bandit, deals 3 damage to Land destruction, pass turn
Land destruction at 17 life
Land Destruction Turn 1: removes 2 spirit guides, drops a land, taps land, plays Molten Rain, destroys Werewolf 's nonbasic land, deals 2 damage to Werewolf deck, pass turn.
Werewolf deck at 18 life
Werewolf turn 2: Drops land, attacks with Bandit for 3 more damage to land destruction, pass turn, flips Bandit into 4/3.
Land destruction 14 life
Land destruction turn 2 drop land, remove spirit guide, tap 2 land, play stone rain, destroy werewolf land, pass turn.
Were wolf turn 3 drop land, attack with Flipped bandit, deal 4 damage, pass turn.
Land Destruction at 10 life
Land destruction turn 3, drop land, play Molten Rain, destroy werewolf nonbasic land, deal 2 damage to werewolf, pass turn
Werewolf at 16 life
Werewolf turn 4, no land drop, attack with Flipped Bandit, deal 4 damage to land destruction, pass turn.
Land destruction at 6 life.
Land destruction turn 4 drop land, tap 4 lands 1 black, 1 red, 2 colorless, play wrecking Ball, destroy Bandit, pass turn
Werewolf turn 5 drop land, pass turn
Land destruction turn 5, no land drop, tap 1 green mana land source for 1 green play Bird of paradise, tap 2 colorless, play Liquimetal Coatings, pass turn
Werewolf turn 6 drop land tap lands, play Mayor of Avabruck, pass turn
Land Destruction turn 6, no land drop, tap bird for mana, tap 4 lands, play Acidic Slime, destroy werewolf land, pass turn
Werewolf turn 7 no land drop, pass turn, flip Mayor to 3/3
Land Destruction turn 7 no land drop, tap Liquimetal, turn flipped Mayor into artifact, tap 4 mana, play Wreak Havoc, destroy artifact flipped Mayor, pass turn
Werewolf turn 8, drop land, at 2 lands, play full Moon's Rise, pass turn
Land Destruction turn 8 drop land, play Brutalizer exarch, destroy land of werewolf, attack with slime, deal 2 damage to werewolf.
Werewolf at 14 life.
Werewolf turn 9 no land drop, pass turn
Land destruction turn 9 no land drop, tap 4 colorless, sacrifice Mirrorpool, copy Exarch, search for Charmbreaker devils, pass turn
Werewolf turn 10 no drop land, pass turn.
Land destruction turn 10 drop land, tap 6 mana, play 4/4 charmbreaker, pass turn
Werewolf turn 11, drop land, pass turn
Land destruction turn 11, get Wrecking ball back from graveyard, no drop land, play wrecking ball, stone rain, destroy werewolf last 2 lands, Charmbreaker Devils pumped to 12/4, Land destruction attacks with 12/4 charmbreaker, 2/2 Acidic Slime, 3/3 Brutalizer Exarch, 3/3, copied Exarch token, deal 20 damage to Werewolf deck.
game over, Werewolf deck lost.
So what do any of you think of an idea like this?

Yes, it can test decks out. Also thought it might be interesting to those here, to see 2 solid decks go against each other.
Also would probably either need to post the deck list of both decks, or a link to both. Also then post what each decks starting hands are, and whether the hands should mulligan. Also could be discussion on what's the optimal play each turn.
Any advice about whether to do this, and how to do this, would be great.

https://cockatrice.github.io/ it can do a full game but it is very micro managing, personally I hate using it but some people can have fun with it so it may work for you as it does have every card in its database

It can playtest like this, but it doesn't "shuffle" well, and there's not a great way to play. If I need to test a deck, I usually recreate it on TappedOut
