Black Vise Legal in Legacy

One of my decks is flagged for being illegal in Legacy because it has x4 copies of Black Vise. From all the other sources I've looked at, Black Vise is legal in Legacy. Is this an error?

Sorry, we must have missed the announcement about it being legal again! Looks like we need to double check it. :)
