I've opened a full playset of Epic Experiment since RTR has been released, so I thought what the hell, it's begging for me to build around it so I did. Ramp and cast a big Epic Experiment on turns 5-7 and win the game.
Ramp, then cast large Epic Experiment where x = 7+. Hit Devastation Tide to wipe the board, Call the Skybreaker and Hunting Pack to make a few guys, and Time Warp to have a few extra turns of beating in that should win you the game.
