Introducing Weenie Wars! A format a friend of mine came up with that really only involves one major rule: one-drops only. That's it. The only other rules that exist aside from that are 1) decks have to be budget and 2) decks have to have at least one gag card in them, mine being Ali Baba. There is only one banned card: Holy Day (aka Trolly Day), but Fog is fair game. Problem? Warning! This format is purely designed for teh lulz. Deal with it.
