I would try and get a couple of mass removal cards as well as getting a lich lord in the deck. I had something simmilar to this and it was a decent edh deck.

Added a Lich Lord of Unx. He's someone I'll need to go and buy soon. As for mass removal, I have a Life's Finale, and the only other card I can think of is Damnation and Evacuation, butI don't feel like dropping $30 for the Damnation atm. Any other good mass removal that I'm missing?
Black Sun's Zenith and Killing Wave are really good choices
Black sun zenith adn it helps for indestructible and Grave pact is a good card
I'm wary about BSZ concerning my creatures, plus I have a few -*/-* abilities for the indestructible stuffs. I do like Grave Pact, just don't know what to take out for it.
Spell Crumple and Hinder are both really annoying when cast against someone playing their general. Other than that, I'd say splurge on some more U/B lands. Underground River, Sunken Ruins, and Watery Grave might help you out a bit.
