We had a stack of Ravenous Rats and I happened across a Megrim, and I thought, "Hmm...this could be fun."
How to Play: Diabolically, with as much maniacal laughter as you please. Megrim (or Liliana) & Painful Quandary will literally make opponents squirm. Megrim & Liliana are crucial, get those out as early as possible (using one of the diabolic cards if you have to). Try to get a Ring of Xathrid on Sangromancer, her gain life ability is pretty useful, especially if you get lucky enough to get Delirium Skeins. If you have a Raise Dead in hand, feel free to let Ravenous Rats die, then bring 'em back for more discard fun! Target carefully with the Rack and Black Vise. Use Cabal Coffers for Diabolic Revelation. Use any of the "target player draws cards" cards when your opponent's hands are empty and you want to Megrim 'em some more.
