Consider Progenitus/Rampant Growth until they rotate out. Also consider Cultivate, Spell Pierce, and Into the Roil. Preordain over Ponder once it rotates out, If you add more creature generators you can consider Shared Discovery and Unified Will.

I would suggest changing Kozilek and Ulamog for Iona, Shield of Emeria and Stormtide Leviathan, they will paralize or slow down your opponent during the last turn between Mass Polymorph and attacking. Also, Garruk Wildspeaker can help in various ways (providing tokens, accelerating the mana curve by two lands, or letting you untap two lands after paying for Mass Polymorph in case you need to Mana Leak or Negate).
