I've actually been thinking of a post-rotation build that will run Devotion - Either as a replacement to the 1-of White Sun's Zenith that I end up throwing back in to the deck every week or two, or as a 2-of to replace my Shrine slot on the sideboard. But overall I'd still feel a lot more comfortable about the card if it were an instant.
I would suggest at least two Burn at the Stake.
Man if you have red in a token deck, you have hellrider. no way around it. VERY solid build though.
I kind-of view this the same way as Increasing Devotion; That being that I've thought about this card in my deck, but currently (see: pre-rotation) I still see a card I'm using as a strictly-better option. If Honor of the pure isn't reprinted in 2013 (and I'm not expecting it to be) then I'll end up cutting Hero(x2) for Hellrider(x2), but right now I can't see squeezing it in as very beneficial because it's only helped by 1/3 of my boost spells.
