If your doing blue/black infect, you might as well include the blue proliferate cards like Thrummingbird, Steady Progress, and Inexorable Tide, so your infect damage happens quicker.

I would agree and toss in a few steady progress, contagion clasp, and mana leaks for good measure. Not bad though.
