I added 2 to the SB to show what I usually will rotate out. I like have the battle slivers for the lower mana cost than megantic for similar attacky str. They help to cheaply start hammering away. I do like having bonescythe for double strike and another syphon just to demoralize opponents. I haven't had a desperate need for vigilance yet as the slivers deploy so quickly that I can maintain and solid attack and defense demarcation with creatures. Just my experience so far...
