I think "Crippling Blight" works better then "Ghoulflesh" in this deck. You can also replace "Firefist Striker" with "Gore-House Chainwalker" to make a better use of "Exava". You can side "Thrill-Kill Assassin" to switch with "Ashmouth Hound" when needed. You got plenty of land so I dont think you will lack mana. You can put "Tribute to Hunger" instead of "Devour Flesh" so you get that extra life instead of opponent. Other than that it looks good, keep it up :D
