chandra isn't a very good planeswalker from what i hear. also since the only 2 one mana cards you have are wild growth (which you might want to replace with utopia sprawl). you could replace the rampant growths with search for tomorrows. you suspend it turn one and the land comes into play turn 3 untapped, so its the same as a rampant growth but lets you play a creature turn 2.

very nice, i think you might want a few more things that buff but it still seems good. id drop the worships wince you are gaining life anyways.. and maybe the beckon apparition cuz even though its 1 for a 1/1 flying you cant play it first turn.
can you afford a koth? cuz i sure cant. and this is just all cards i already own.
i run a deck similar to this one, cept i only own one empty the warrens. i suggest some Goblin war strikes for DD after the warrens, also brightstone ritual is nice to increase storm count. also id drop the ring leader, they cost too much and u may draw empty the warrens, putting it on the bottom of the library. other than that great deck, one which i have alot of fun with
this is a very good idea for a storm deck but i think that the suspend aspect is too unreliable. especially with deep-sea kraken and pardic dragon. If u had another card that could control the time counters that would help alot
