Drop it down to 22 swamps and you'd have a little more consistency and smaller deck. You could also add a few copies of Shadowborn Apostle, it might help get your demons out a little faster. Shadowborn Demon isn't a bad option either, nice etb effect for a decent price.

apostles are too unreliable unless you make them half your deck, and there isn't enough fodder to make the demon useful, but the lands do need to go way down to be viable.
Good point, either way you'd have to lose some cards and double up on others to make the deck a lot more consistent.
