Does Reset work in here? Looks like you woull never have enough lands to make it worthwhile. I don't know if Blood Moon is good in here since it will also strip you off 6 of your blue mana sources, making it hard to keep up a Stasis. I would consider a white splash instead of red for Damping Field. Because, if your opponents are powered as well, those Winter Orbs aren't doing that much. Hurkyll's Recall should also be considered. It can seriously screw your opponent but could also be used to "untap" your mana artifacts.
