Proliferate, with infect(poison counters, -1/-1 counters, charge counters and i have no idea if it is a legal combo but proliferate +1/+1 counters if you play giant growth or put an equipment with +1/+1 on a creature and than proliferate

giant growth doesn't give 3x +1/+1 counters so no you can't proliferate that or any equip that just gives a creature +X/+X. The card must specify "counters".

You should include some more green/black infect creatures because they got some good abilities. you can check out my infect deck if you want and probably get some ideas
