oops that was an accident
Pick a common goal. Then remove the cards that dont achieve the goal (Ex. Burn Damage is the goal, remove anything that doesn't do damage) then, put 4 of all the cards that do acheive the goal. Then, add about 20-24 Land. Then add in other cards that help acheive the goal (searchers, Creatures that boost stats, etc) Try to aim for a deck that has a certain "Feel" to it. then, go from there.
