An all-common selesnya deck which is loaded with creatures that aims to overwhelm the opponent with sheer numbers. When the opponent seems to weather the initial rush, use the evangel, scatter the seeds and fist of ironwoods to replenish the numbers or convoke out a huge guardian of vitu-ghazi. Haven't tried coldsnap cards in the deck, although Boreal Centaur seems to be the best coldsnap card that can be added to this deck.

You're gonna need more of them. I suggest some creature generators more than 12 cards. How about One-Dozen Eyes, Sprout Swarm, Doubling Season, Mercy Killing, Rhys the Redeemed, et cetera? You need some creature generation for this deck to be a true "swarm" deck. Please check out my decks and comment.
