Ravnica is in an uproar: a serial killer is on the loose. Some suspect the killer to be an elusive necromancer seen dealing with the orzhov...others suspect a foreign delegate who recently arrived to meet with the Azorious Senate. Vampires have also been spotted leaping across buildings near the crime scenes... Mercenaries and common citizens alike are constantly on the lookout for any suspicious characters...little do they know, there is no escape once the killer chooses his prey. Their dying wishes will be uttered soon enough.
A functional theme deck!?!? Damn right. Get some creatures out, one of which should be a blood bairn. Give it dying wish and go crazy with the sacrifice. Make it bigger than 20 and just make it die. In magical christmasland, have 2 blood bairns. Sac a lot, make it huge, give it a murder investigation, sac that one to the second blood bairn (which will have dying wish) and just let that one die. 20 damage easily. Its flawed for sure, but it works sometimes.

I guess I had rotation in mind, but plenty of other cards from here are rotating as well...ill make the switch, thanks.Champs: I thought about him, and I would have included him if murder investigation made humans. If I had him I would probably throw him in somewhere, but I don't have him...good suggestion though, thanks!
