Adding forced Adaptation could be very good if used on Experiment One or Simic Manipulator. Blessing of Nature and Travel Preparation can be used for some quick counters. I have also found that Ooze Flux works as a counter drain and will cause more evolve if you need a quick evolve on some creatures. There were also two other creatures that give your evolved creatures trample and flyiny, but I forgot their names, you should be able to find them.

If ink-eyes is your commander, then you can only have black cards in your commander deck. You cant even have hybrid cards. It does not even matter if you can make the mana for the spell through mana converters, the color cannot appear in the deck.

Nissa seems to be completely useless, as you only have one elf in the entire deck.

You could swap out a land or two for some more mill boosted cards, such as wight of precinct six, or a consuming abhorition.

Exiling your opponents graveyards does not work so well with Consuming Abhorition,Ink-eyes, or Graverobber. If you get rid of the graveyard removal, Wight of Precinct Six works well with high graveyards.

Bloodmark Mentor will give your Goblins First Strike.

The Bloodcrazed Goblin seems like a bad tradeoff. No haste, and you have to hit an enemy to be useful, precious mana that could be used for more golbins.

You could also swap out 2 of those lightning bolts for 2 Dragon Fodders, like krenko's command in every way.

Adding Battle Hymn could create a big pool of mana in a hurry if you have at least 2 goblins out, as could a seething song, those both go well with Goblin Rally for some quick tokens or chump blockers.

As a sideboard card, Goblin Caves can turn your goblins into walls in an instant if things don't go your way at first. On there could also be Golblin War Strike, which is a nice one drop for some quick damage if you have a bunch of goblins out.

Perhaps a Ghost Quarter, it does not seem to fit the theme of the deck to me.

This is an impressive deck, not very mana costly, and effective. Have you considered adding Trepanation Blade for Szadek, it would double his milling and counters.
