Yet another deck from spare cards, i had a lot of blue lying around and discard cards. This deck is built to assault everything but the opponent\'s life total; Counter-spells, land control, discard, etc. I\'ve only used it twice but its got a 2-0 record ;) Oh, and also trying to keep a water theme in there for fun.

Where to begin, other then it's "watery theme" this deck wont do much of anything consistantly let alone competitively. Theres really no point to posting a deck like this as there cannot be useful commentary on a deck that neither exists to win nor cares.
that's what i thought at first, it looks like trash, just sorta put cards together, was pretty risky but it totally kicks ass, it beat my mercy deck that took 2nd in a tournament, i dont know why it wins, because it shouldnt, its risky and has crappy monsters and no strategy besides attempting to piss off the opponent, but it wins for some reason
