Honestly, for sunny i would trade Kamahl, Fist of Krosa just because he can pump, but sunny is a info combo with saffi and its a threat. I would trade a six cast field clear for sun blast angle like phreyian rebirth just because it's so costly.

I think it's a great budget deck, just i feel it needs a sun titan, he's cheep and runs perfect with your general. also sunblast angle is a great field clear and she's cheep as well.

I like more lock-down type of control so i put in more artifacts that just overall makes it hard for people to play.

Mindmoil and Teferi's puzzle box? or howling mine/ font of mythos/ temple bell? sensei's divining top? all good draw methods.

Well with sword of the meek you kinda have another mix maker of 1/1 to buff and overrun. um if you want more flicker effect go with adding conjerers closet. the mindcrank/ bloodcheif assention is just another combo. honestly take out some of the instants or smaller creatures for them lol. dont forget blightsteel closses for infect.

I would get tezzeret hes an awesome plainswalker. also i would do mindcrank and bloodchief ascension combo. Magister Sphinx is also hard to deal with if you put him in. also thopters work well with Sword of the Meek.

i like cyclonic rift as a good return to hand spell and it's hard to deal with in late game edh. - sorry i just thought of it now lol.

maby some sunblast angels for a mini day of judgment or Platinum Angel. if you wanna spare moneys get restoration angels or baneslayers they are awesome.

oblivion rings and or journey to nowheres to replace pacifisms. revoke existence to replace solemn offering. if your doing humans champions of the parish are great and Angelic Overseers are great angels who go good with humans.
