This deck is just begging for Grand Arbiter Agustin IV to be played in it. I would drop the whispers of the muse (You won't have enough mana to make use of its buyback and save some for counterspells), and replace them with the Arbiter. Then I'd also drop the careful consideration, and replace them with ancesteral vision. Also, the sacred mesa doesn't mesh well with this deck. I'd drop it for two more remands, Fetters, or overrules.

Also, Id drop two of the Chancerys and replace them with two Vesuvas. They're just so much more useful.
