I've been running both, as you can see from the decklist. And as for the Tarmogoyfs, yeah. I'm trying to build a cheap Zoo deck. One that I can afford. Thanks for the compliments.

I'd Probably try to shove a couple of Solemns and a playset of Viridian Emissaries in there. With the amount of boardsweepers you have, those will be an extra incentive to clear the board. Also, green sun couldn't hurt. Btw, seeing as this deck ramps quickly, you should definitely cut back on the lands. 22 should prolly do it, with green being the major product.

Thanks, man. This is my first attempt, and I haven't done any modern tournaments, yet, so I don't know what to expect.

Overall, I like this deck, aside from legality issues.

Also, library is restricted in Vintage, banned in everything else.

you cant run 18 tropical islond. it's a nonbasic land.

Why would you run Gastaf instead of Mayor?

Take out the Primal Bellows and Hunter's Insight. Fog and Overrun are much better. Ramp needs to be creature based, with as little instants and sorceries as possible. Leige of the tangle is a great card, boosting your creature base. Also, Green Leyline + Protean Hydra is a great combo, as the Hydra never dies due to damage, and gets larger with every block. Rampaging Baloths: a 4/4 every time you play a land, and maybe some Terrimorphic Expanses to boost it. Drop the Well/Boots/Dismember in sideboard for a playset of naturalize, plummet and Obstanate Baloths and go up to 3 asceticism. One last tip: Birds is always better than Llanowar. Same mana cost for a flyer that taps for anything. I used to run a mono green Ramp deck, and I always placed in fnm every time I ran it.

I did. If you read the description for mine, it lists good replacements both maindeck and sideboard, based on the suggested improvements I agreed with. I haven't got my hands on any automatons, yet, so I haven't had a chance to try them out.

I'm not disagreeing... I mean, hey... Look at Fall Out Boy and Journey... But a douschebag comment on someone else's deck, and shamelessly exploiting their popularity as a source of advertisement...
