This deck could potentially be good, except any good control or mill deck would destroy it. Think about putting in some "Ryhs" elf cards for some token making and maybe a Nissa for some life gain. Rate my elf deck, Easy Elves.

i agree with Jmantle1 also mabye 2 or 3 Drove of Elves would help it
and also check and rate for me GREEN TERROR its a beast of a deck and i'll be putting an elf deck on here pretty soon so keep an eye out for it!!!
i think the sideboards pretty good, dont need the reverent silence and the anti land one below it. the Leyline of life force will probably protect you from any control deck. Need Nissa.

You definitely need nissa and her champions, but I have 1 question, why just 12 lands? You want about 20, maybe less in your deck, with the ramp, but with not enough land, you won't even be able to get your llanowar's. You also really need drove of elves, that card usually can win the game by itself.
