I personally would drop the Alaborn Cavaliers for Kinsbaile Cavaliers. That'll give your whole field double strike. Also Knotvine Paladin really only works if it attacks alone.... Might want to find something else to put in instead of him. Knight of the Reliquary would work to get out the better lands if you add some important lands. Wilt-leaf Cavalier and Wilt-leaf Liege are something else you should look into.
