After taking apart prophet bant i still wanted to play the colours, so i decided to build a control deck. i put a list together poked around a bit and saw a list running assemble the legion at which point i knew i had to fit it in and that is how this was born.
the deck allows you to usually turn one scry in to a turn two sylvan caryatid, or hold up mana for scatter, after disrupting, or accelerating your self you drop loxodon smiter for board pressure or hold up dissolve. you can turn 3 jace or turn 4 assemble the legion at which point the pressure on board is intense especially when followed by an elspeth. it also allows for early verdicts when under pressure, typically you just resolve a threat and defend it. the deck has plenty of ways out of tight spots. as for side board i didn't post mine as i feel side board is strictly meant for your local meta game, though bramblecrush would be the one card i would say serves it's purpose in any meta.
