It may be better to run a few Doomblades/Dreadbores for straight up removal. You really don't want to wast too much of your burn on creatures.You may also want to consider Sign In Blood for draw power.

Those could be a good addition to the side-board, but the main point of the deck is to not worry about what your opponent is doing and send as much damage theier way as you possibly can before they do the same to you and finish you off. Also, although sign in blood could be a good card it would be risky because there are only 8 sources of black mana in the deck, and if i changed the land base i would be mcuh more prown to not being able to cast my one drop reds on turn one.
