Echo Mage is one of the best blue level up creatures, in my opinion. One of the best in Rise of the Eldrazi. If you get Cast Through Time, it gets to be amazing (But that's besides the point :P). But yes, get it! :D
Yes i did have a look at him and i am not sure why exactly i left him out. But once i have finished making this deck i will look into adding him, see how he works and what cards to remove.
