Hmmm... This is fun, you have sooo many cards that can shut down your opponents. You also have very effective cards such as serra's blessing which lets you swoop in for damage and stay back for defense. Pretty well made.

Great deck for the money, however, a couple suggestions if I might!
+Day of Judgement
+Some white levelers
+Nonbasic lands
+Indestructibility

There is no reason for levers. I was thinking non basic lands but he doesn't apparently want to spend money. Day of judgment would just kill all his own stuff and put himself in a pickle. Maybe run day sideboard but def. not main board.

There is no reason to run kor aeronaut. Run emeria over kor aeronaut. Emeria gives you tokens to block with so you dont have to kill your own birds, and she is not that expesive cause it seems everyone on this site whats to make decks under 30$. I would take out lifelink and put in journey to nowhere for creature control cause that will be your problem.

kor aeronaut is not needed as all your creatures already have flying and all it does is give them flying.
and if people are trying to think of cards to wipe the field, try Mass Calcify. it wipes out all non-white creatures, leaving you completely unharmed. but it is a pretty hard card to play at i think 7 mana cost

also i know its not a white card but maby if you wanted to make another variant of this deck with blue in it you could add Gravitational Shift. that reads: All creatures with flying get +2/+0. all creatures without flying get -2/-0

Ya I was thinking of making it blue-white cuz there are some good cards like Pride of the Clouds out there. I also run kor aeronaut as a cheap 2/2 with flying. The problem with most flying decks is the mana curve. The game is over before thy can get their killer cards out. I use the smaller guys to do some damage early and delay my opponents attacks and then play magus of the moat of blinding angel which puts my opponent in a bad position.

Thank you so much for all the suggestions, I'm going to look into making adjustments to this deck soon.

for cheap flyers maby try Serra avenger, its 2 mana cost 3/3 flying vigilance but you cant play it on turns 1,2, or 3.
stonecloaker 3/2 flying and flash for 3 mana
flickerwasp 3/1 flying. remove a card from the game until end of turn wen it is played. 3 mana cost
