Puzzle Box + Plagiarize + Spellbook = very annoying. With Niv-Mizzet in play, devastating. This is a rebuild for Type I format. I used to have more mass burn in it, but I\'ve changed it up some. Still haven\'t had a chance to test play this though.

What a nice deck concept. Well done. I give it a 9.2/10. I'm not exactly sure how to improve on it. I used to play a draw deck, it was green (mass mana + Recycle) and blue. If you get a minute, I could use some help with my decks: Winter Orb Smackdown, but Underworld Lich really needs help.

Add a Forced Fruition to make Cerebral Vortex a killer and you could also put in an Izzet Guildmage or two for the same reason.
I finally got to play this deck. It worked pretty well after two thorough shuffles. The cerebral vortex was almost the least helpful card I was drawing though. Honestly I was surprised by how helpful spiraling embers helped.

Not sure what to take out for it but its a nice combo to enchant Niv with Ophidian Eye. Just stop the combo by doing damage to a creature.
If I had any curiosity, those would be in the deck for sure. I may replace the Akki Underling with remove soul, or some cards that I can damage multiple creatures with. Any suggestions there?
