hm kargan dragonlord doesn't seem really good for a burn deck. I think it will slow you down trying to level it up, and your opponents will probably just use removal on it before you can get it to level 8. The point of burn is to be fast and kill your opponent before they have a chance to really get going. Also i think chandra ablaze is a bit better than chandra nalaar. Although that's just my opinion. Dragonmaster outcast also seems meh, If i were you i would sub out dragon lord and dragonmaster for either some direct damage creatures(like ball lightning) or direct damage spells.

ball lightning isn't in the formatt i play and i mosty put dragonmaster outcast in just to get some extra creatures while i burn
