Deck Description

Feel free to state whatever you want to about this deck but the idea is to be as budgeted as possible while doing an effect job of controlling the enemy and milling them at the same moment. I understand that I have a bigger focus on blue than black which resulted from there being more blue defender and mill cards.

How to Play

The whole idea for this budget deck is to use defenders to deny combat damage while hitting them with either mill cards or using the Doorkeeper's mill ability. Once you have milled plenty you think you can just repeat by using psychic spiral allowing you to reuse your mill cards again if you're almost there which is probably how this will play out considering how long it takes to mill with everything. This deck does best once late game has set in and your opponent is just running out of methods to deny your mill cards or try to punch through your defenses which is extremely hard to do.

Above is my original process for this deck to win. To add some flexibility while keeping it budgeted I threw in a set of Duskmantle Guildmage's and Wights of Precinct Six to give me the ability to deal damage. If I can either buff up my Wights enough or use my Duskmantle Guildmages late game to deal a huge amount of damage by playing multiple Tome Scours or similar mills I can win by that method. This also helped a lot mana wise since I got rid of some higher mana costing cards and replaced them with these which are far easier to pay for.

Deck discussion for Hyper Mill

Your deck is 70% blue to 30% black, but your land colors are 50/50 - that's unbalanced.
Also, having 20 lands in a deck that is mostly 3-costs is a bit short, so you might want to include a few more.
Perhaps touch on some card draw, and throw in a playset of Consuming Aberration.

True, thank you for the suggestions I may do Aberration in a more costly deck I tried to do a reasonable $10 dollar one to test the type of idea I'll be going for. If I find it highly effective then I can start investing in those delicious rares like Consuming Aberration, Ming Grind, and Breaking // Entering.
