Ye Ye I recently said good bye and signed off the last brainstorming which made a lot of you sad, but with origins release I've been a very busy bunny alongside working on my American Civil War essay (I wonder what you guys would think of an English man's views) but I just had to put this up.Some of you might be going 'Gothy, what is this pile of junk?? Pre-release has already happened so it can't be that, also you did 10th out of 56 and 2nd in a 2 headed, how could you do that with this pile of card poo?!' Well this isn't my pre-release pool, this is actually my sealed pool for a PPTQ that happened yesterday and I just had to put it online because it is AWFUL! Even the guy who registered it said to me afterwards he thought the pool was terrible, so I ask the simple question, what would you do?I'll tell you my opponents and where they ended up, but for fun you guys can guess how I did, there were 5 rounds of swiss sealed and then a top 8 cut which was draft (Ye, like I'm top 8ing with this sh!t!) Round 1- R/B big stuff, lots of control with chandra and big bombs to finish- made top 8, knocked out in the quartersRound 2- W/B flying enchantments, so many fliers against a guy who had been playing longer than my life has been. Top 16 finishRound 3- U/W tempo, the deck I wanted to play (but obviously couldn't) Top 10 finishRound 4- U/B tempo, yikes this deck was impressive had lots of great removal and a few bombs. Top 8 finish knocked out in the semisRound 5- W/G aggro, This was a very good deck... a very very good deck. Player came 2nd.So now we guess: What did Gothy play? What were his match results? Did he top 8? If so where did he actually place?!This is going to be my last deck post, but hopefully I can carry on doing a limited number of comments- I missed you all :'(-Legend mode- you have half an hour to build it, no outside help and then upload it to this page.Good Luck and Keeeeeeeep Brainstorming

Damn, haven't seen a pool this bad since my theros sealed pool. I would guess you played some kind of jund weenie aggro. I guess this since your only removal/ playable control is in those colors, as well as your bombs. I am on a phone at the moment so I can't really build.
3 colours is not really a good idea in sealed and with a singular evolving wilds as fixing and wanting to play rogue's passage, I just couldn't go jund and the thought never crossed my mind

Since you are a good player, I believe you could have gone 3-2 with that pool, winning your 3 first games, then ending up getting rolled over the last two games. This is purely based on my own tournament experience with swiss and the opponents who top-8'ed. As it would be unusual to face 2 top 8 players in the last 2 rounds unless ou did good before that. I will assume you ended up placing in top 16, the most accurate estimate I can is 12th place, given you actually managed to win 1 round against each of the two guys.
OK well I can tell you you are incorrect in where I placed, actually with my performance, none of that was right weirdly enough!
I'm pretty bad at limited, in general. Sealed is a strange beast of topdecks and corner-cases that befuddles me.
Complain all want you got Abbot and firecraft you lucky little.... Duck...Here's my stab. I also suck arise at mtg in general so feel free to laugh.Also if you can play Abbot turn two. Play Abbot turn two. The effect isn't worth waiting for in constructed, it's not worth it in limited either.
Actually in both constructed and limited I play Abbot later because I want to dig deeper with the chance to play stuff, the trigger is a lot better than just '2 mana 2/1 with prowess and exile the top card of your library when it enters'
