Use more elementals and put cavern of souls and/or vexing shusher into the deck against counterspells. I use sulfur elemental, sudden shock and volcanic outfall for the same reason. I also fear leyline of sanctity, so I play flamebreak and slagstorm against that concept. Constantly sweeping the board will also make unearthers work very well, so consider hell's thunder as well.
