i love blue and red and when i saw ral come out i had to make a deck with both of them in it i see alot of potiental in ral (your opinion may diifer from mine)
very spell heavy but alot of creature control i wanted to keep it 60 cards main deck but found out that 65 was the number i needed for this deck to run smoother. your win conditions are jace and ral your wurmcoils are there for life gain in late game just incase you need it preordain and blue sun for card advantage (along with jace)the sideboard is really ment for graveyard hate, combo, and mill and reverberate just incase you want to copy spells to help you out
